High Pressure Hoses

We are one of the leading manufacturers of high pressure hoses and assembled gas hoses in Europe. Our products have been known for many years to be top of the line. Since the founding of the company in 1954, we have been co-operating with companies like Linde/AGA and Air Liquide. With these companies we have developed many types of hoses for compressed and special gases.

The high pressure hoses have an inner core of PTFE, PFA or ETFE, that is covered with one or two layers of stainless steel wire and for some hoses a multi-braid of Kevlar® and stainless steel. Hoses with an inner tube of PTFE are also available as fully antistatic or with an antistatic inner layer. To ensure the highest possible quality of our hoses we produce both the inner tubing and the braid in-house.

General Purpose hoses

The General Purpose hoses are designed to meet heavy demands on chemical resistance and to function in a wide temperature range. The hoses have a smooth PTFE inner core and an outer braid of stainless steel wire in one or two layers. The combination utilizes the natural chemical resistance of PTFE with the mechanical strength of stainless steel.

Heavy Duty hoses

Heavy Duty is our hose range for gas applications. It is designed for high chemical resistance as well as a wide temperature service range. The Heavy Duty hose has an inner tubing of PTFE, PFA or ETFE which is covered with one or two layers of stainless steel braid. The combination utilizes the natural chemical resistance of PTFE with the mechanical strength of stainless steel.

ULTRA hoses

For the user who needs a flexible hose with a very good pressure performance, we can offer the ULTRA hose. The hose has an inner tubing of PFA and a multi-braid of Kevlar® and stainless steel wire. We can also offer an outer layer of Hytrel® to further increase the wear and tear protection and enable media identification by outer colouring.

Easy Bend hoses

Easy Bend hoses are a part of our standard range of high pressure hoses. This hose has a convoluted inner tubing, which gives a very good bending radius and flexibility. In addition to the unique flexibility Easy Bend has all the benefits that our other high pressure hoses can offer. It has a low diffusion rate and is able to handle high temperatures thanks to its inner tubing of PTFE. It is very easy to handle and has a much longer usage life than for example, a rubber hose. We manufacture the convoluted inner tubing in our own factory, to ensure the highest possible quality. After production, we braid the tubing with one layer of steel wire.

Cut in length pieces of high pressure hose

Habia Teknofluor offers General Purpose high pressure hose cut in lengths. We use a technique where the braid wire is heated inductively before the cut. This special technique allows us to cut the hose without causing any stress on the braid. We can offer high pressure hose cut in various lengths to fit our customers’ production.
